1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 working days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Damaged Items

We accept returns for damaged items only under the following conditions:

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear proof is required, including:
    • Photos of the damaged item
    • Video evidence showing the product was damaged when opened from the package
    • Order receipt

Please note:

  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Claims for lost or missing packages will not be accepted.

3. Refund Conditions

To request a refund, customers must provide:

  • Photo and video proof of the damaged product
  • Order receipt
  • Proof submitted within 24 hours of delivery

Important:

  • Only the product amount will be refunded.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In some rare cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on the condition of the item.

Customers may be required to return the product before a refund or replacement is processed.


4. Refund Processing Time

Once the return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
