- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
2. Damaged Items
We accept returns for damaged items only under the following conditions:
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear proof is required, including:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Video evidence showing the product was damaged when opened from the package
- Order receipt
Please note:
- Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Claims for lost or missing packages will not be accepted.
3. Refund Conditions
To request a refund, customers must provide:
- Photo and video proof of the damaged product
- Order receipt
- Proof submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Important:
- Only the product amount will be refunded.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In some rare cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on the condition of the item.
Customers may be required to return the product before a refund or replacement is processed.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once the return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
